Pressing Ctrl+T while viewing sites such as (http://www.surfthechannel.com/info/television/Supernatural/44828/S1E3.html) does not open a new tab within the current window as specified.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Visit Site
2.Press Ctrl+T
3.Nothing Happens
Actual Results:
No new tab opens.
Expected Results:
Open a new tab.

Steps:
1. Go to www.youtube.com
2. Play a video, like this: http://youtube.com/watch?v=6GmkjnL4EYw&feature=related
3. Press Control+T - not work

The Control+T is random functional. Some times work, some times, don't.
