Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Visit Site 2.Press Ctrl+T 3.Nothing Happens Actual Results: No new tab opens. Expected Results: Open a new tab.

after I writed this, Control+T wonk, verry strange !!
Somebody please put an edit buton ! please. The Control+T is random functional. Some times work, some times, don't.
