Edit this bookmark popup pannel:
1.Too small input area for long description.
2.Too small folder list box.
3.Too small tag listed box.
I always scroll such area to edit/select/confirm the item.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.star click or menu>Bookmarks>Bookmark This Page.

Actual Results:  
Too small size pannel will popup.
And not resizable.

Expected Results:  
Shoud be resizable and remember for next.
