427458 - Completed task time is shown in UTC and not in local time

I click the check box to complete the task and the time shows up incorrectly. For example I click the check box to complete task at 8:45 pm under status it says 3:45 am instead.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a task
2. Click check box next to task to indicate completion
3. Look at status..it shows a later time


Expected Results:  
The time completed should be the time I click the check box not 7 hours later.

Confirmed, the time shown is UTC (for me there's a two hour difference).

For clarification: The value for COMPLETED must be specified as a date with UTC time. http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-calsify-rfc2445bis-08#section-3.8.2.1

Therefore the current behavior regarding storing in UTC is correct. But it should be converted to local timezone for displaying purposes I'd say.
