User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.4; en-US; rv:1.9b5) Gecko/2008032619 Firefox/3.0b5
Build Identifier:
On http://support.mozilla.com/tiki-register.php the "Registration code" input field is in between the Username and Password fields. This confuses the Password Manager (at least in FF3b5) into saving the registration code as the Username. It is also probably poor UI for the users, too.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make an account at http://support.mozilla.com/tiki-register.php
2. When Password Manager prompts, say "Yes, save my password."
3. Go to the Login page
Actual Results:
Your Registration Code (not your username) is filled into the Username box of the login page.
Expected Results:
Your correct username should be in the box instead :)

Does firefox not still look at field names? Could be while we may want to move things around, we should also rename the fields.

Checked in to r16241. The captcha is moved to the last field before the submit button, and the image is moved beside its label. The translatable string "Registration code" was changed to "Type this number".
This is a good candidate for upstream.

I changed the string to "Enter this number" because that's what's used elsewhere. This was r16301.
Does this look good on stage?
Bug is still there, what's worse it happens on like 90% of the forums.
I can post like 500 example, but here's just one site where it also
blindly adds the Email-adress as a username.

This is specifically about the problem on support.mozilla.com. Is it still happening on that sute?
