It looks like this problem is cause by going to http://www.mozilla.org/rhino// instead of http://www.mozilla.org/rhino/ Is there a link somewhere that's pointing to that URL with two slashes at the end? cc'ing Rhino owner and peers.
There's not enough information here to figure out what problem the reporter was describing. Closing as wontfix. Feel free to reopen if there is more information about this to add.

What drives me nuts is that there WAS more information. I don't file bug reports with blank descriptions; I'm a software developer and I've been on the other side of that far too often. I don't recall where the link was from, but I'm quite sure the original report clearly described the page and the link that was wrong. Frustrating. Was there a bugzilla "update" perhaps that wiped it out? In any case, wontfix/invalid is the only real option. The site's probably been updated anyway.
There was a bugzilla reorganization recently. More information about that is at http://groups.google.com/group/mozilla.announce/browse_thread/thread/6fcd015699308f3d There was also a recent bugzilla upgrade. I can check with Gerv and justdave to see if there are any reports of lost data from either of these things.
Re comment #3, I checked with justdave and he's not aware of any reports of missing data. T.J., I'd suggest opening a separate bug if you're sure that information you had entered in this bug is no longer here.
