When you right-click on a bookmark (in the sidebar or the bookmark dropdown), and select "Properties," you're shown the old properties dialog, which does not include a section for tags. This makes it cumbersome to edit tags associated with a bookmark (because it must be done in the bookmark library) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Bookmark a web page 2. Include some tags with the bookmark 3. Open the bookmark's properties Actual Results: Only Name, Location, Keyword, and Description are available. Expected Results: Tags field should be available.
