Steps to reproduce:
1. Click twice on the "Star" in the address bar.
2. Expand the "Folder" section in the "Edit This Bookmark" panel that appears.
Result: The triangles next to "Bookmarks Toolbar" and "Bookmarks Menu" are almost invisible, due to being black on a dark gray background.
I think this is a regression from bug 427555.
