Bad: Background is not displayed

Good:  There should be solid green background, like in Netscape

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open http://www.ce3.pl/~mhankus/test.html

Actual Results:  There is no background

Expected Results:  There should be green background

When you take source of this page and remove <P> tag which is located
just before <TABLE> background will be displayed correctly. I already reported
this bug yesterday, but bugzilla lost it somehow.
I found your previous posting. This is a dup of bug 42665.

Note that if you close the <P> tag (with </P>) in the HTML, the table displays 
properly.  Removing the !DOCTYPE also fixes it.  I think this is a dup of bug 
42312.  See also bug 42388.

It wrorks now with  a 20000616 build. So it is indeed a duplicate of bug 42321.
