Seen using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9pre) Gecko/2008040805 Minefield/3.0pre

STR:
1. Go the Litmus URL and increase the text size by using the zoom feature (Ctrl+)

Expected: Smooth zoom
Actual: Columns on the left hand side shift in various positions before settling into the correct size

I compared this side by side to the Mac and the Mac does not exhibit this behavior during page zoom.
