Details

(1) Select "Enlarge text size" from "view" menu.
(2) Open a URL such as above.

When the page has finished loading, the content is formatted to too wide a
width, gratuitously requiring use of the horizontal scrollbars to see right
across the page.

"Reduce text size" followed by "Enlarge text size" causes the content to be
displayed sensibly formatted to the window width.
