Maybe move the dialog box out of the way or something. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.go to http://www.wildlife.state.nm.us/ 2. drag it to a bookmark folder directly under the address bar. 3. Message appears preventing the site to be dropped into the folder. Actual Results: The site cannot be dropped into the folder. Expected Results: There should not be a message appearing over the folder.
