Now that bug 428414 is fixed, the CGI module is available for installation via PPM. Its module name is not CGI, but CGI.pm, though.

Bug 428414 is for 3.0, so this should be, too.

Assuming it does what you want on Windows, r=LpSolit. Linux still displays CGI, not CGI.pm, so that's fine.
