User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; nl; rv:1.9b5) Gecko/2008032620 Firefox/3.0b5
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; nl; rv:1.9b5) Gecko/2008032620 Firefox/3.0b5
this problem occured after i installed firefox 3 beta 5. i'm using thunderbird 2.0.0.12 as my emailclient, now when i receive emails with a link , clicking it won't open a new firefoxwindow with the page.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.install and use thunderbird 2.0.0.12
2.install firefox beta 5
3.send an email with a link to an account in your thunderbird accounts
4.click and see if thunderbird opens a newe firefoxwindow
I can't reproduce this problem. It works for me in the latest nightly: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9pre) Gecko/2008041606 Minefield/3.0pre
Can you try again with the latest nightly? Be sure to try it on a clean profile without any extensions enabled - sometimes extensions muck things up accidentally. To run with extensions disabled you can either start up Firefox in "Safe mode" (available from the Start->Programs->Mozilla firefox menu, or you can start firefox from the DOS command line with the -P option and create a new profile for testing.
