There is a problem with PSM when a complete SSL connection can't be established. 
Here's a set of NSPR thread stack crawls that exhibit this hang.

I'm still tracking down the cause of this lock-up and therefore I can't give an 
accurate ETA on when this bug will be fixed.
ddrinan needs to check with beard on 07/10.
