Whenever I try to scroll down my feeds in Google Reader using the middle click scrolling facility, the entire page shifts up or down instead of scrolling only the active frame/feed contents.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Google Reader
2. Go to a feed that has several items (uses a scrollbar)
3. Middle click in the feed item list
4. move mouse up or down
Actual Results:
The whole page viewport moves up or down.

Expected Results:
Only the focused frame should scroll, the subscription list or the feed items list.

Happened with every firefox3b so far.
I have only tested this in Windows XP SP2.
I am using a R60e thinkpad.

Summary: Scrolling with middle button scrolls entire page instead of feed content → Scrolling with middle button (autoscroll) scrolls entire page instead of feed content
Version: unspecified → Trunk
The list is using overflow-x: auto;, and autoscroll doesn't work correctly when trying to scroll in those.
