STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. load the attached testcase
ACTUAL RESULT
Install Missing Plugins UI is presented - this should not occur since
image/png is a known MIME type handled by the browser.
PLATFORMS AND BUILDS TESTED
Bug occurs in Firefox 2008041304 on Linux
Regression window: 2008-02-26-04 -- 2008-02-27-04

verified fixed using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9pre) Gecko/2008041707 Minefield/3.0pre, as well as the Mac nightly. I verified using the testcases in the bug.
