We need an option to open new windows maximazed.
I think it is better to not have the option enabled by default.



The belief that people use maximized browser windows on large screens prompts 

(some) designers to limit the width of pages. That is bad, because then horizontal 

scalability is lost.



How about opening the new window maximized if the current window is maximized? No 

need for a separate pref.
