happens in all builds i've downloaded and though it would be reported. a quick
scan in form controls bugs seems it's not there...
currently on linux/2000061708

I'm also seeing this on 061708 linux; this is a duplicate of #39992.
Yes, this "drop box"/"listbox"/"<select>" what-do-we-call-it nonsense is
confusing, sorry you couldn't find it.
