User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.14) Gecko/20080404 Firefox/2.0.0.14 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.14) Gecko/20080404 Firefox/2.0.0.14 On IE everything on the webpage works. On Firefox, I cannot get into BillPay. I get a message telling me that BillPay is unavailable; try again later. I called Wachovia and they checked and tell me they have no problems. They asked me what browser I was using and since I had just changed to Firefox, I tried it with IE and it worked flawlessly. Is there some setting that I am not using correctly? Please help. I would rather use Firefox for my internet banking, but as it stands, it will not let me...... Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Go to my bank site (Wachovia) 2.Open my account 3.Click on BillPay Expected Results: "BillPay not available. Try again later." Opened the BillPay page.

Have you tried spoofing as IE with User Agent Switcher?
Marion, do you still see this in version 3.5 or higher? if you do, can try https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/59 (comment 2)
