Feature Request to add Scroll bar to Bookmarks. This could be placed to the right hand side and would help a lot when a user has a bunch of bookmarks.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on Bookmarks in the top menu.
2. Have a lot of bookmarks that create a up/down scroll at the top and bottom.
3. Notice how long it takes to scroll through them.
Actual Results:  
Takes a long time to scroll through them, even when you hold down the down arrow.

Expected Results:  
Speed up scroll or please add a scroll bar to the right hand side.

Also when you scroll to the bottom the bookmarks does not start at the top again, but at the bottom. Note this request is not the bookmarks library but the menu items.
