I download it today from link on Bug 429825 Comment #2 :
OK , I found another bug on another website (not mine) , and this problem not founded on Firefox 2 or 3 : http://www.kotlah.org/forum/index.php
Look at marquee text , its 2 line not one , this marquee must be one line , the second line its continue of first line , so first line (on top) not competed at same line , the continues of first line on second line , this not founded on another arabic website , i found it on the website only, but on firefox 2 and 3 the marquee completed in on line , no second line..
Sorry for this bad details , but my English not good , i try to joining you to make this product the best on this word.
Note : this marquee was not fully compatible whit version 2 , the problem was if you need to click on a link on this marquee , all text will changed to and you need the link to appear again on second cycle , but on version 3 beta 5 it seem fully compatible and not has any problem.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.
2.
3.

Ugh, this might be a regression from the patch from bug 413027.
This seems to be an incremental reflow bug.

Workaround patch for the workaround patch.
It passes current reftests and I also tested this on some websites.

Martijn, if you could create a bug with testcase for the underlying incremental reflow issue, that'd be great.
