Details

In Netscape v4, you could use the spacebar to scroll down one page in a long html document, and you could use the backspace key to scroll up one page. In M16, the spacebar does work for page-down, but the backspace key does not work for page-up.
That looks like bug 42188, which does not mention the backspace key though. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 42188 ***

No, this bug is NOT the same as 42188. As I stated, the <spacebar> key *DOES* work, its only the backspace key that does not. There are no forms on the pages I am looking at.
