Description

Find linked to this bug the Firefox 3 "whatsnew" page to be localized in all
languages we ship for the release.

(revision 12436 on the Firefox 3 branch in SVN)

Don't forget to save it as UTF8 and attach it as "plain text (text/plain)" to
this bug.

Note that this page is currently not available on the current svn trunk that 
most localizers have access to (ping me on IRC/email if you don't and need it)
because it has not been merged yet from the branch where the web team is
preparing the new site for the Firefox 3 release.
