After submitting the for at the above URL, the following error appears:

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80040e57' 
[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access 97 Driver]Invalid string or buffer length
/html/crimecompare2.asp, line 102

This same page loads under both NS 4.7 and IE 5.01

Steps to Reproduce: 
1) Go the to above url
2) select 2 cities to compare
3) click on the button labeled "compare cities..." and the error should appear.

This is actually a dup of bug 41585.  I have a fix in my tree that will go in 
after beta2.
