431121 - Composer text imput and changing displayed format with the tabs is broken

This applies by testing on both Mac OS X (10.4.11) and WinXP, but I've marked it for ALL.  When I open Composer to edit an HTML page on my local hard drive the page displays in the Normal tab, but clicking in the window does not produce a text insert cursor and no text input is possible.  Further, switching tabs does not change the display in the trunk build ... it remains as it was on the Normal tab.

Steps to Reproduce:
0. Launch SeaMonkey trunk current nightly build
1. Open Composer
2. Open a local HTML document
3. Click in the Normal tab window
4. Attempt to type some characters
5. Click successively the HTML Tags, Source, and Preview tabs
6. Observe what is displayed.

Actual Results:  
What does happen:
3. No text insert cursor
4. No text appears
6. The display does not change format in any way.


Expected Results:  
What should happen:
What should have happened:
3. A text insert cursor appears
4. Typed text appears
6. The display changes to show HTML Tags or HTML source or a Preview of the page



This behavior is in the current source, April 27, 2008, but was not present at April 6th source.  I've not narrowed it's appearance any closer yet.
