"menubar > menu" is not _moz-menuactive="true" state after opening and closing menupopup on Windows Classic style.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. use Classic desktop style (Windows 2000, XP, Vista)
2. mouseover some menubar menu
3. click menubar menu (to open menupopup)
4. click menubar menu again (to close menupopup)
Actual Results:
menubar menu is no border style (though mouseover)
Expected Results:
menubar menu is outset border style
