43201 - tree cells do not line up

This can be demonstrated with the cookie viewer but will occur in other places 
as well (e.g., signon viewer).

Go to cookie viewer.  Observe that there are two headings -- "site" and "cookie 
name".

Each entry in the list has two cells -- a value for the "site" and a value for 
the "cookie name"

All the cookie names are supposed to line up in a column along with the header 
for the column.

They do not line up.

Putting on [NEED INFO] radar. PDT needs to know impact to user and risk of fix 
to make a call on this bug. Are the cells unreadable or just ugly?

I would have said it was unreadable and I was going to give you a screen shot so 
you could see for yourself.  But it's a moot issue now since it's lining up 
correctly with today's build.
