Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; de; rv:1.9b5) Gecko/2008032620 Firefox/3.0b5
When I select the "css-image" on this page and try to unselect it does not get unselected properly.
It seems that the image and the rest of the page are two section with independent selections.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to mentioned site...
2. Select the Picture of G.W. Bush:
2.A Click the left Mouse Button top/left of his head, drag across the picture to the bottom right, drag back to where you started. The selection is gone.
2.B Click the left Mouse Button top/left of his head again, drag accross the picture to the bottom right and release the mouse button. The picture is selected. Now click on the text on top of the picture. - The pciture is not unselected.
Actual Results:
Un-Selection is broken
Expected Results:
Picture should be unselected.
* This doesn't seem to happen with the css-image of Homer-Simpson on the same page... http://www.romancortes.com/blog/homer-css/
* Ctrl-A doesn't select the CSS-Image

The Bush face is embedded in an iframe:
<iframe src="http://www.romancortes.com/ficheros/bush.html" ...>
and iframes have independent selection in Firefox (you have to click
on Bush's face and then Ctrl-A should work (selecting the face, not
the page around it though)).
The Homer face is markup within the page itself.
This is by design (not saying it's particularly good).
See bug 36848 and other really old bugs.
