432215 - Change mZ credit to "Based on information from"

On articles where we credit mZ, we need to change the wording from "This article originally derived from" to "Based on information from" to avoid GPDL / CC legal incompatibilities.

Use your best judgment. If it's a complete rewrite, then the credit can be dropped. If there's any doubt, please keep it until we clear the doubts.

If I've missed any, vote for bug 411557.
If there's any possibility of doing this again, we should make the credit text into a dynamic content block.
