43224 - Tree doesn't refresh when items added (inserted?)

Build 2000-06-20-08M17: Win95, Linux 6.0, Mac 9.04

Overview: Add a new account and it does not automatically display in the folder 
pane. Resize the window or if another account is added in the same session then 
it will appear in the folder pane.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a profile that already has one account
2. Select Edit|Mail/News Account Settings
3. Select the "New Account" button so the Account Wizard launches
4. Progress through the Wizard to create a POP or IMAP account
6. In the Wizard's last dialog select the "Finish" button

Actual Results: The second account appears in Account Settings but does not 
appear in the folder pane, even though there is plenty of room for it to 
display. It still does not appear after the Account Settings dialog is closed.

Workaround: Resize the window and the account appears in the folder pane.

Additional Information: 
- The problem is with the first new account that is added in a session. Another 
example: Open a profile which has two existing accounts. Add a new account, 
which makes it the third account, and the third account does not appear. 
Workaround: Resize the window and the third account appears or add a fourth 
account and both new accounts will appear.

this seems to be some kind of reflow issue - during the resize, the new entry 
just "pops" into view - i.e. it doesn't look like it was partially painted or 
anything.

Haven't tried the Linux build for 6/27.

The problem still occurs with this build. To reproduce make sure that the mail 
folder pane is not covered by any other window. 

Move the mail window to one corner of the desktop and make sure that the Account 
Settings and Account Setup Wizard dialogs are seperate from the mail window. 
After creating an Additional account you will see it in Account Settings but not 
the mail folder pane. Even after selecting "OK" in Account Settings the new 
account does not appear in the mail folder pane. Try resizing the window and 
then the account appears.

This is happening in trees all over the product.  It happens in some of morse's 
trees and in the AIM buddy list.

This is going to be the new single bug for this issue.

I guess 43200 wasn't a dup of this bug after all.  Now that this bug is marked 
fixed, I tested the symptoms reported in that other bug and they are still 
present.

Verified Fixed. The new account automatically appears in the folder pane now.
