Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; en-US; rv:1.9b5) Gecko/2008041515 Firefox/3.0b5

Using Ubuntu Linux/AMD64
Normally use default input - English, sometimes Japanese- SCIM /GTK Input switching module
When the GTK module is activated to input Japanese, Firefox crashes on startup. If the GTK is not activated - English Input, Firefox starts normally

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Imput Japanese in another program (This is to make sure GTK module is activated, as it is not visible if cursor is not in input field)
2.Start Firefox
3.Window shows up and dissappears
4.Go back to other program where input was being done - turn off Japanese input (control-shift)
5. Start Firefox - starts normally
Actual Results:
On First try, Firefox crashes
Second try, it starts

Expected Results:
It should have started the first time. I've been inputting Japanese for a long time in Linux, this is the first time I have encountered this problem. It seems similar to bug
Similar to bug 418073
I cannot reproduce on my Fedora 8 (x86_64) and scim-1.4.7.
I'm using Firefox trunk for a long time but I have never been such a situation, both binary distribution (ix86) and self build (x86_64).

Could you try the latest trunk build?
Works for me with
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9b5) Gecko/2008032619 Firefox/3.0b5
and also
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9pre) Gecko/2008050804 Minefield/3.0pre
on CentOS 5.

Is it reproducible with official build, which is available at http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-beta.html ?
Is it reproducible with scim-bridge?

Does that mean, crash if jemalloc enabled, but not crash if jemalloc disabled?
