It would not let me attach it as extensions.cache so I copied and pasted it to an Open Office .odt format.

Comment on attachment 319559 [details] Extensions.cache as requested You don't need to open the files to attach them. Please just attach the file directly using the attachment form and specify a type of text/plain for the cache file. I cannot read this as it is.
Attachment #319559 - Attachment is obsolete: true
There is no extensions.ini file for Firefox 2.0.0.14 in my system. I attached one for Thunderbird, but there is none for Firefox.

Yes, all the other files are from Firefox, which is the only place I am seeing the problem. Thanks for your help. If you need any more information, then do not hesitate to ask, and I will remember to only send plain text next time.
Version: unspecified → 2.0 Branch
Ok this is an issue with Ubuntu's modifications to Firefox causing confusion that is already fixed in Firefox 3. If you remove the extensions.rdf and extensions.cache files then it will clear it up for you for now.

Thanks Dave & Company for your help. I am trying it now. If Firefox 3 Beta 5 wasn't so buggy, and was able to delete history in the url location bar then I would still be using it. It is also a duplicate bug, so I didn't bother reporting it. Thanks again.
