This bug generated out of a discussion with morgamic regarding Geo IP. During the discussion it was suggested that this be tested on a release before the Firefox 3 final release.

Firefox 3 is already out, not even sure if this was tested but if it is for bouncer, it's being tracked elsewhere now.
