We want to get bug 130078 off the "has patch approved for FF3 but bug is still open" list, so I'm resolving-incomplete bug 130078 and opening this one for followup work. See bug bug 130078 for details of this. All follow up work for bug 130078 should happen here.

Sorry, this bug isn't fully fixed and won't be in 1.9. It needs the compositor
work.

I can't think of a straightforward way to write a test for the patch that was
checked in. We'd have to make a mochitest that runs as a chrome-type docshell
and I don't know how to do that.

There's nothing left here that blocks 1.9.
