User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.13) Gecko/20080313 SeaMonkey/1.1.9 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.13) Gecko/20080313 SeaMonkey/1.1.9 When I first launch SeaMonkey, the use of Home, End, Page Up, Page Down, and the arrow keys to scroll my browser's home page do not work. I can scroll using the window's scrollbars (sliders and triangle buttons) and using my mouse wheel. I can fix this situation by terminating SeaMonkey and relaunching it. That's because this situation is intermittent. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1. Launch SeaMonkey. 2. Press down-arrow key on keyboard. 3. Press Page Down key on keyboard. Actual Results: Nothing happens. Expected Results: Page should scroll down (by lines for the arrow key and by pages for the Page Down key). My home page is my bookmarks file (bookmarks.html).
Do you have caret browser on, by accident? Press F7 to switch on/off.
Caret browsing, sorry, not browser.
This is actually a symptom of bug #445654, which I submitted after forgetting that I had already submitted this one. Since #445654 has a more accurate description, I'm closing this one as a duplicate of that slightly later bug.
