As title, it could be an useful shortcut if you choose not to save sessions when you exit, and not to ask next time.

Well, it's not the same bug. I'm suggesting a menu command to save session and exit on demand, not a pref in the "options..." GUI.

The Save Session extension has this function. It is handy for those who only rarely use session restore.

I have no idea why this is being nominated for blocking.  We're code complete for RC1, and we've been string frozen for many weeks, so its far too late to add a feature like this...
