The critical notification bar ("Reported Attack Site!": go to http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/its-an-attack.html, open the page anyway and reload) has the color #ff0000 while the in-page notification uses #772222.
Both are not part of the tango palette (and they both don't look that great with the red larry icon) but that's not the point. IMHO it would be best to use the same color on the page and the notification. While it is not likely users will see them at the same time, having different colors for the same thing seems to be a bit strange.
