It looks like apprunner is redrawing the scroll bar every time you move the mouse over a toolbar button.

I guess this is Linux only. A test case would have been helpful.

Does this not happen on every page then? I've entered the URL where I encountered it.
i think this migth be a dup of 3289, but i'm not sure. should the scroll bar be affected by a reflow?
