when you enter on any page with (e.g.) cyrillic title, then switch encoding to
windows-1251 and then leave this page, you've got an assertion "data in
U+0100-U+FFFF will be lost" in bufferRoutines.h

thanks for the patch. But it will be sometime before I can check this in. I can
not qualify this bug as nsbeta2+ feature bug.
