433393 - Upgrade unittest boxes for Fx3 to 10.4.11 (or whatever the latest is at upgrade time)

Right now the OS X reference platform specifies Darwin 8.8.4, which is MacOS X 10.4.8, which is from September 2006.  There have been lots of changes in OSX since then (apple rolled up a bunch of things that were in 10.5 and pushed them to 10.4, just didn't make them public in 10.4), and virtually all mac users will be running the latest 10.4 release.  We should roll up our reference platform and testing machines to the latest 10.4 release.

We have 10.5.2 for the machines for Mozilla2 & 3.next. Or are you talking about Fx3 builds ?

Nope, just post-Fx3 -- I assumed we'd still have some 10.4 machines since it'll still be supported for 3.x.

upgraded both qm-xserve01,6 to 10.4.11.

I was unable to apply the firmware updates to these machines as they required powering down and physically rebooting the machines.

current production is out-of-whack with cvs due to some last-minute changes to gather debugging info on xserve01. This patch should merge those differences into production.
