When closing firefox from the title bar, with error console open, the old close tabs dialog appears. (both the X button and right click -> Close do it). Choosing exit from the firefox file menu behaves correctly however. my apologies if this bug is known already

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Have tabs open in firefox
2.Have error console open
3.On the firefox title bar, press the Close button or Right click -> Close
Actual Results:  
Warning Close tabs dialog appears

Expected Results:  
Save Tabs and close dialog should appear.

Firefox has been open for at least two days straight, with 45 tabs open and a history of intensive browsing.

Firefox shows the save session prompt only when you're closing the last window.  With another open, even if non-browser, it doesn't.  (this is bug 417675)  Because you also have tabs open you get that prompt instead.
