Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9b5) Gecko/2008032620 Firefox/3.0b5 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9b5) Gecko/2008032620 Firefox/3.0b5 Omni Pass is a program that comes with IBM/Lenovo laptops that manages auto-fill fields. When you try to set up a field that you want filled in, the entire window appears highlighted, and you cannot highlight only the specific field you want. This means that every time the page is open, omni pass tries to fill in the field (even if you're logged in). Quite annoying. Not sure if this is really a bug, but wasn't sure where else to report it. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
There is no standard way for fingerprint sensors and they all do some kind of things to get the info they need. If it breaks it's never firefox fault because we don't know how they do it. The software must be updated in that case The HP Software for example injects itself in the mozilla process and causing crashes, memory leaks and makes Firefox slow. marking as dupe of bug 275114 to create a pseudo-standard API.
