First thank you for your great works !
I using Gnome with Large font (22pt) for all (applications font, document font, desktop...) (gnome-appearance-properties > font tab).
With this configuration window can be larger and drew out of screen.
please calculate with max width available before draw windows.

The Preferences window is being replaced with an In-Content UI, which seems to scale better and uses scrollbars: https://msujaws.wordpress.com/2012/05/10/in-content-preferences-are-now-available-in-firefox-nightly/

Add-ons Manager has also been converted;
the Library still suffers from the issue a little.
