When selecting custom date range, id selection is not at the start of the month, it prints it anyway. so a 6 week selection becomes an 8 week selection if the start of selection was 2 weeks after beginning of the month.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select print
2.select monthly grid
3.select custom date range
4.choose may 12th to june 15th
5.select print
6.select ok from print window

Actual Results:  
weeks starting april 28th to july 6th printed

Expected Results:  
weeks from may 12th to june 15th to rpint

print the required weeks as stated in custom dates entered. This problem started after updating to 0.8

This is the purpose of the 'Monthly Grid' print layout. It prints months. Sunbird doesn't offer a 'Multiweek Grid' print layout.

This bug report is INVALID per comment#3, but feel free to file a feature request to add a 'Multiweek Grid' print layout.
