43418 - fix tree event handlers in FTP window

This bug applies to the FTP window, e.g., 
ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/

This is not a bug in the tree widget, but needs to be fixed for every user of 
the tree widget where the problem occurs.

This was fixed by rjc by requiring node.nodeName == "treeitem" in directory.js
function OnClick (see cvs log of directory.js, comments to version 1.27).
Marking fixed.

doubleclicking the scrollbar shifts the page downwards by 2 pagefulls [assuming
you doubleclick below the thumb widget --goes up 2 pages if you doubleclick
above the thumb]. doesn't open the selected ftp folder. vrfy using opt comm
*trunk* bits 2000.11.13.08 on mac, linux and winnt.
