43421 - Folder pane drop on folder feedback invisible

The default color that a container changes to in order to indicate the drop 
should go on the container happens to match the bg color of the folder pane. It 
needs to be changed in mailnews to something else.

for example:

:-moz-drop-container-bg {
   color: blue;
}

w/out this, it is very hard to know a drop is on a container, nominating for

Putting on [NEED INFO] radar. PDT needs to know impact to user and risk of fix 
to make a call on this bug.   Specifically, is there any indication of where the 
message is being dropped (is the folder underlined, outlined, etc..)?

the folder is underlined, but the difference from dropping above/below is slight 
w/out the folder being outlined and the bg changing.

Putting on [nsbeta2-] radar. Not critical to beta2.  Adding "nsbeta3" keyword 
for consideration of a fix for that milestone.  Underlining of the folders is 
fine for now.
