Details
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9b5) Gecko/2008032620 Firefox/3.0b5
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9b5) Gecko/2008032620 Firefox/3.0b5
Preconditions:
(1) multiple tabs open under same domain (mine was penny-arcade.com)
(2) use CTRL with +/-/0 to zoom in one of the tabs under the above domain
Result:
The zoom factor in the other tab(s) with URL(s) in the same domain will change
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open two tabs pointing to different URLs but under the same domain (I reproduced this with en.wikipedia.org)
2. use the CTRL with +/-/0 key combinations to change the zoom level in one tab
3. look at the other tab(s) and note that their zoom level has changed with that of the active tab
Actual Results:
3. look at the other tab(s) and note that their zoom level has changed with that of the active tab
Expected Results:
3. look at the other tab(s); their zoom level(s) should remain constant when the zoom level in the active tab is modified

That's because the zoom factor is now remembered per site. It's also remembered across sessions.
It's not a bug, it's a feature !
