New Card dialog freezes after clicking in fields of Address, IM or Other tabs

Details

Build: 6-21-2000-M17

1. Open AB
2. "New Card"
3. Enter misc info on Name tab (or you can skip this step)
4. Click on Address, IM or Other tab
5. Click into any text field.  Insert cursor appears.
6. Start to type. Input doesn't work.  Can't click into any other text field.  
Can't click to any other tab.  OK/Cancel buttons don't work. "X" does work 
though.
