43471 - When I press 'Save', browser closes and Customization panel remains open

I see this on windows. Build used: 2000062108

1. Open Sidebar and select Add->Customize
2. From the right hand side frame, select 'Stocks' and press 'Customize panel'
3. Make changes to the panel in the new window that pops up.
4. Press on "save" button at the bottom of the window.
5. Observe that a blank page appears in the browser and the following text 
appears ni the url bar "javascript:if(doSubmit()){document.theform.submit();}"
6. The customizations do not get saved.

TRying this on build 2000062808 on windows now crashes the browser when I click 
on the SAVE button. Nominating for nsbeta2 since users will not be able to save 
their customizations on the my.netscape.com webpage.

I just tried this again and now things seem to work, I never saw the crash and
the changes I made were saved, marking WORKSFORME. Please reopen if there are
still problems with this...

Tried this today. (2000071308). Now my changes get saved when I press the SAVE 
button but the browser closes and this window just stays open.

Reopening..and resummarizing.. Used builds 2000080204m17 on all plfs. Now, 
pressing on the Save button just closes all browser windows but saves my 
changes.

Workaround to open the browser again is to click on the 'Save and Preview' 
button in the Customization panel window.

I'm not sure if I should be reopening this, but a very similar crash has come
back with the a recent RTM build 2000103114.  I'm not sure if that was a bad
build, but shrirang, can you see if this is reproducible again?  It has showed
up on the talkback topcrash list again (just 2 crashes reported though...they
are below).
