When user is downloading something, the connection interrupt and reconnect , Firefox didn’t allow to resume downloading the file
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter http://blackboard.swinburne.edu.my
2. Log in
3. Download a file that has quite big size
4. Interrupt the internet connection, for example unplug your Ethernet cable
5. Reconnect your connection
Actual Results:
Stop downloading and cannot resume downloading
Expected Results:
Should possible to resume downloading

This is fixed in Firefox 3 :)
